  2. Former Houston Rocket Robert Reid talking about the challenge to stay physically fit when he is no longer paid to do so.
  3. A popular KPFT radio show host and community activist reveals his long, hard struggle to walk and talk again after suffering from a stroke.

The Minority Medical Report was born from a desire by the producers to tell meaningful stories that have the potential to change lives, even save lives. The Minority Medical Report tells stories of “real people” discussing their health challenges and conditions, shows video of health events such as line dancing, fitness classes and outdoor activities, and interviews medical professionals on treatment options and prevention methods. The program is shot and edited documentary style, which means interviews are done on location.
